At Sunk Tan, we aim to provide you with a seamless tanning experience from the moment you place your order to when you reveal your stunning, bronzed glow. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping and delivery process.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages with Australia Post (we know they are the best & most reliable!)

We also know you need your hands on our tan ASAP - this is why we aim to process all orders within 24hrs of being placed

(orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day).

Your package will be shipped ASAP in which a confirmation email will be sent to you stating it has been posted - including tracking information... we know there everybody's favourite emails to receive & everybody loves to stalk where there parcel is so we got your back don't worry!

Please Note: Tracking will be able to be seen via our couriers website (auspost.com.au/tracking)


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Postage: 

  • Cost: $10 (Free on orders over $100)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Express Postage:

  • Cost: $15 (Free on orders over $200)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day

International Shipping

We’re proud to offer international shipping to select countries:

  • New Zealand
  • USA
  • UK
  • EU
  • Asia / Oceania

International Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on your location and the size of your order. During checkout, you will see the exact shipping cost for your country.

Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in the destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via our shipping partner's website.


Delivery Times & Delays

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on external factors such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • High order volumes (especially during sale periods)

What Happens if My Package is Lost or Damaged?

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, or after two weeks after placing your order if it has not been received. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

To help us investigate, we may ask you to provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.


Shipping FAQs

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
A: If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us immediately at karly@sunktan.com.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes for domestic orders within Australia.

Q: Can I request a specific delivery date?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, we offer Express Shipping for faster delivery if you need your order sooner.
